Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Royal Dream Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our terms for booking cancellations, amendments, and applicable refunds. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

  • All cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing via email to supprt@royaldreamstravel.com.
  • Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by our team via email or official communication.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment source.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • 15–30+ days before departure: 90% of the amount refundable
  • 07–15 days before departure: 50% of the amount refundable
  • Less than 07 days before departure: No refund

Note: Refunds depend on third-party policies (hotels, airlines, etc.), which may override the above clauses.

3. Cancellation by Royal Dream Travels

  • If a tour or service is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, low bookings, regulatory changes), a full refund will be issued or an alternative tour will be offered.
  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (flight cancellations, visa fees, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date:

  • Visa application fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Flight tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline
  • Advance hotel payments where supplier policy doesn’t allow refund
  • Service charges and booking fees

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
  • Processing time may vary based on third-party vendor policies and payment gateways.

6. Amendments / Changes in Bookings

  • Any change in travel dates, hotel preferences, or itinerary may incur additional charges.
  • Change requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

7. No Shows & Unused Services

  • No refund will be provided for:

    • No-shows or failure to join the tour
    • Unused services during the trip due to personal choice or circumstances

8. Force Majeure

Royal Dream Travels shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or refund if caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.
