At Royal Dream Travels, we primarily offer services in the form of tour packages, travel bookings, and related arrangements. As such, there is no physical shipping involved in most cases. However, this policy outlines how we deliver travel-related documents and services to our clients.
1. Delivery of Travel Documents
All travel documents such as itineraries, booking confirmations, e-tickets, hotel vouchers, invoices, and other relevant materials will be delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp.
Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and contact number at the time of booking to ensure successful delivery.
2. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)
In special cases (e.g., customized travel kits, brochures, SIM cards, or merchandise), we may ship physical items to the client.
Shipping is available only within India, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Physical deliveries will be made using reliable courier partners, and tracking details will be shared with the client.
Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Delivery Timelines
Digital documents are typically shared within 24–48 hours after booking confirmation and payment.
For physical items (if applicable), delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

5. Force Majeure
